Use this checklist to guide your meeting with your mortgage broker!

• Copy of Driver’s License and Social Security card.
• W2 for the last 2 years (for all jobs)
• Pay stubs from the most recent 30 days
• Contact information in Human Resources or Accounting department for employment verification
• Bank Statements for all open accounts for the past 2 months (all pages, even if they are blank)
• Most recent statements for investment and/or retirement accounts (all pages, even if they are blank)
• Divorce decree, if applicable

Please note that no photos are accepted; all documents need to be submitted as PDFs.
